About Me

Alan Scott-Moncrieff
Obsessive gearhead. I only recommend four-strokers, no poseur repli-racers or high-pollutin’ two-strokes, just clean classic stockers and radical customs, subjectively selected, 100% bias (based on preference not manufacturer cash pay-offs) with high cool-factor and infinite pleasure potential. Honestly I'm partial to low displacement bikes because I believe no one needs more than 125cc to propel them no matter how lardass they are, and 250cc if you have a passenger, so most of my reviews reflect this ethos. That aside, I highly recommend you buy all of the bikes herein even if it means your kids have to skip Santa this year - they’ll thank you in the long run. NOTE: If I put USA after the original country of design & manufacture it means that this machine is either manufactured under license in the USA or is available for purchase in the USA. If I put NLP after the displacement it means this bike is No Longer Produced and can only be purchased used or as a classic.
